Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and collected through my web opt-in form. To stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

- SMS Service Provider: I use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery purposes, subject to Twilio's privacy policy.
- Legal Requirements: I may disclose information if required by law or legal process.
- Business Operations: With service providers who assist in my property management operations, under confidentiality obligations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Data Security
I implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. SMS consent records are stored securely and retained for the duration required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
I retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of four years.

You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information I hold about you
